These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jil16 ("jil16," "the Company," "we," "us"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jil16.app and all associated subdomains and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, depositing funds into, or otherwise using the jil16 Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of this Agreement.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the jil16 Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any published amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

Use of the jil16 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age. jil16 strictly prohibits access to and use of its Platform by any person under the age of 18. This age restriction is a mandatory condition of PAGCOR's licensing requirements and Philippine law.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity registering on behalf of another party.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and are not subject to any legal prohibition against gambling under applicable national or local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jil16 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the jil16 Platform or had your account closed for violations of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress, incapacity, or the influence of substances that impair your judgment.

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations, jil16 employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All players must submit valid Philippine government-issued identification prior to processing their first withdrawal. Accepted forms of ID include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, GSIS ID, passport, driver's license, PRC ID, or Voter's ID.

Each eligible person may hold only one (1) active account on the jil16 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued ID, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jil16 account credentials, including your login mobile number and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jil16 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• You must notify jil16 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• jil16 support agents will never ask for your password or OTP under any circumstances.
• You are encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to add an additional layer of security.

jil16 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including during promotional periods or prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documents within fourteen (14) days may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

jil16 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Landbank, and all banks participating in InstaPay and PESONet. The minimum deposit is ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in the same name as the registered jil16 account.

jil16 does not accept deposits from credit cards. All deposits must originate from accounts owned by the registered account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts, whether made knowingly or unknowingly, will be investigated and may be returned or forfeited pending an investigation.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. First withdrawals may take up to twenty-four (24) hours for KYC processing; subsequent withdrawals are processed within the standard timeframes for each payment method.

• GCash & Maya: 5–30 minutes after approval
• InstaPay bank transfers: 15 minutes to 2 hours after approval
• PESONet transfers: Next banking day after approval

All transactions on the jil16 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion is not available. By registering, you confirm your understanding that all account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are expressed in Philippine Peso.

jil16 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unmet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings upon expiry.
• jil16 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• jil16 reserves the right to disqualify any player from a promotion if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated play with other accounts.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, jil16's interpretation of its own promotional rules shall be final and binding.

All games available on the jil16 Platform are operated using independently audited and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in controlled studio environments subject to independent oversight.

Each game on the jil16 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the game information section of the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. Ignorance of game-specific rules does not constitute grounds for a dispute or refund request.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure that affects a game in progress, jil16 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. jil16 is not liable for any loss of winnings or other damages resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the jil16 system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player. Confirmed bets that result in a win will be credited to the player's account balance promptly following the determination of the game outcome.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jil16 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account on the jil16 Platform
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access or interact with the Platform in any way that circumvents fair play
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform in connection with any criminal activity
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or processing payments on behalf of third parties
• Engaging in charge-backs or fraudulent dispute filings with your payment provider after funds have been used for gaming
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to disguise your true location if doing so violates applicable law or these Terms
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jil16 employees or support staff in any communication channel

jil16 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms or applicable law
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Chargebacks initiated by the player or their payment provider
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request
• PAGCOR directive or court order requiring account closure
• Platform inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months

Upon account closure for Terms violations, jil16 is not obligated to return any remaining balance. Where closure is for reasons other than violations (e.g., self-exclusion, regulatory directive), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after all necessary checks have been completed.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting jil16 customer support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

All content on the jil16 Platform, including but not limited to: the jil16 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and all other proprietary materials (collectively, "jil16 Content"), is the exclusive intellectual property of jil16 or its respective licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jil16 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell, or otherwise exploit any jil16 Content without the express prior written consent of jil16.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jil16 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, gaming losses, or any other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the jil16 Platform.

jil16's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player into their jil16 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The jil16 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jil16 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or compatibility with any specific device or internet connection. Players access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.

jil16 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and complies fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements. We recognize that gambling can become a problem for some individuals, and we provide the following tools and resources to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts via account settings
• Loss Limits: Define maximum net loss thresholds per day, week, or month
• Session Time Limits: Automatically log out after a defined period of play
• Reality Check Alerts: Receive periodic reminders of time and money spent during active sessions
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict account access for 24 hours to 6 months
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the jil16 Platform

Once a self-exclusion request is processed, jil16 will make every reasonable effort to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period. Any winnings generated during a self-exclusion period through circumvention of exclusion controls will be voided.

jil16's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the jil16 Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

The jil16 Platform is operated under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory dispute or complaint that cannot be resolved directly with jil16 may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with their established complaint procedures.

In the event of any dispute between you and jil16 arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines.

jil16 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS notification to the registered mobile number and/or a prominent notice on the jil16 Platform prior to the changes taking effect, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days where practicable.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the jil16 Platform after any published amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
